This is not a movie or a web series. Your therapist is not gonna nod and keep making notes. The isn’t and the therapist together come up with a strategy to deal with the problems. They’re not going to force their client to spill all of their life secrets to them. They will set goals for their clients to fulfill and sometimes even give them homework. It’s not just a talk. It’s a treatment plan made separately for every individual for them to revive and be happy.
In all, mental health is just as important as physical health, if not more. Your state of mind can greatly effect your well-being. Spreading these myths around doesn’t just stop people from reaching out, it also pushes them deeper into their own sadness. The one thing we can do if encourage people to speak out. Be there for them and listen and try to understand. Support is all that they need.
