- Cut a lemon into wedges and slice a cucumber. Then toss the pieces into the jar.
- Add a few mint leaves and a pinch of salt.
- Now pour water into the jar.

- Heat 3 cups of water in a pan.
- Before it begins to boil, add 1tsp ginger.
- Just as it starts to boil add tea leaves (1tsp for each cup).
- Bring it to boil. Don’t boil too much or the tea will get bitter.
- Now, remove the pan from the gas and add 1tsp lemon juice and sweeten it with 1tsp honey.
- Strain it into a cup and enjoy your morning or evening or a go-to tea!

- Take ¾ cup pineapple,½ cup palak (spinach), ½ spoon soaked chia seeds (sabja) and ¼ cup water. You can replace water with almond or soy milk too.

- First, take 2 cups of filtered water
- Add ½ lemon’s juice along with 2-3 tablespoons of unfiltered apple cider vinegar.
- Lastly, add 2-3 tablespoons of raw honey to sweeten and a 1 inch knob of sliced garlic( recommended but optional)
- That’s it’s! Give this a good shake and your weight loss, tasty quick detox drink is ready!
5) Orange Carrot and Ginger Detox Drink
Oranges are powerhouses of antioxidants and vitamin C. Also, carrots are loaded with beta-carotene and fibers aiding in weight loss and digestion. Lastly, ginger is an age-old home remedy for digestion, bloating, stomach cramps, and packed with anti-inflammatory properties. So this drink is the answer to all your problems!
- Juice 2 oranges and 1 carrot separately.
- Then pour the juice in a blender add 1/2 inch raw and crushed turmeric and ginger.
- Now blend for 30 seconds and then squeeze half lemon.
- Strain and serve. Give your body the ultimate detoxifying experience!
6) Turmeric Tea
When mom says drink Haldi wala paani or haldi wala doodh, she’s right! This tea is a perfect combination of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory ingredients. Moreover, Haldi tea consists of a number of health benefits. Firstly, turmeric is a very powerful liver cleansing spice hence it boosts immunity by improving liver function. The addition of ginger doubles the anti-inflammatory results.
- Take a pan, add 2 cups of water and bring it to a simmer.
- Then add 1/2 tsp Haldi, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger along with 1/4 tsp black pepper.
- Boil this till it reduces to half the quantity.
- Strain it, add 1tsp of honey and enjoy!
7) Pomegranate Detox Drink
In Ayurveda, pomegranate and beetroot are also given immense importance for its umpteen cleansing and detox benefits. Also, the fresh aloe vera gel used in the juice gives further boost to your immunity system.
- First, take 1 aloe vera leaf and carefully take the gel out. You should be left with around 2 tbsp of it. Wash the gel thoroughly before use.
- Now take 2 cups of pomegranate juice along with 1/2cup chopped beetroot and blend it well.
- Then add the aloe vera gel and give it a quick whizz.

This detox is a desi favourite! Aam panna is made of mango pulp and blended with cumin, jeera and mint leaves. It is not only refreshing but also energizing in equal measure.
- Firstly, boil 500gms green mangoes till they become soft on the inside. Remove the skin and take out the pulp.
- Next, to this pulp, add 1/2 cup sugar, 2tsp black salt, 2tsp roasted and powdered cumin, and 2tbsp finely chopped mint leaves and blend.
- Add 2 cups of water, mix thoroughly and add some ice.
- Pour, sip, and enjoy!
9) Buttermilk
Did you know masala chaas is a great way to cool down your digestive system?! Made by adding jeera, coriander, mint, rock salt and curd, this is my most favourite detox drink!
- Pour the buttermilk into a jar. You may also mix two tablespoons of plain curd, a pinch of salt, and water to make your homemade buttermilk.
- Next, roughly chop a few mint leaves and coriander leaves.
- Thinly slice half a carrot.
- Blend the carrots and herbs into the buttermilk.
- Add a pinch of salt or rock salt and a bit of roasted cumin seed powder and stir well.
- It’s best to have it after meals as it eases the digestion.
10) Green Tea and Lemon Detox Drink
There’s nothing better than a daily detox! This detox drink will slide in your morning routine and boost up your life in no time! Also, I have included this drink to my daily routine and have experienced its amazing benefits! Green tea is a good source of catechins, i.e. dietary polyphenols that exhibit anti-adiposity effects. It’s also rich in antioxidants.
- Firstly, boil a cup of water and place a green tea bag in it. You can experiment with different flavored green teas!
- Also, you can add some lemongrass leaves to amp up the taste.
- Now add the juice of 1/4th lemon.
- Drink it while it is still hot.
